面部色素性病变常见有雀斑、太田痣、咖啡斑及文身色素沉着等。常用的治疗方法有冷冻、皮肤磨削、化学剥脱及二氧化碳激光等。本院自2002年5月至2006年6月，应用Q开关钇-钕石榴石（Q—Nd：YAG）激光器，治疗面部色素性病变共262例，取得了满意的效果，现报道如下。
