Objective To investigate the clinical effect of emergency nursing on patients with multiple fractures of lower extremities and shock. Methods Eighty patients with multiple fractures of lower extremity and shock treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were divided into control group (n = 40) and experimental group (n = 40) according to admission order. Patients in the reference group underwent routine clinical nursing. Patients in the experimental group received emergency care and compared the nursing effects of the reference group and the experimental group. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusions Emergency nursing can promote the early rehabilitation of patients with multiple fractures of lower extremities complicated with shock, which can reduce the complication during treatment and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing. It is worth to be popularized.
