随着时代的快速发展,我国与世界各国的交流也愈加频繁,高校发展也逐渐与国际接轨,参加国际交流活动的高校教职工、学生日益增加。在这种发展下,高校也开始重视起了因公出国(境)的管理工作,包括护照办理、出国经费等问题。教职工公因出国(境)是高校外出工作中一项重要的指标,需要从多方面加强管理措施,从而能有效的解决外出人员在外遇到的一系列问题。高校因公出国(境)不但能为高校带来新的知识,还能为高校打开国际交流的市场,提高国际知名度。本文就高校因公出国(境)这一问题展开探讨,分析其中的利弊关系。
With the rapid development of the times, the exchanges between our country and other countries in the world are also becoming more frequent. The development of higher education institutions is gradually becoming more and more international in line with the international standards. The number of university faculty members and students participating in international exchange activities is on the increase. Under such development, colleges and universities also began to attach importance to the management of going abroad for business abroad, including the handling of passports and the expenses of going abroad.
