世界旅游组织预测,到2015年,中国将成为世界排名第一的旅游目的地国家,同时成为世界第四大客源国。飞速发展的旅游业为中国酒店业的发展营造了良好的环境,世界各大知名跨国酒店集团纷纷进入我国,占据着我国酒店业的高端市场,然而中国本土高端酒店也奋力崛起,与跨国酒店集团开展竞争。本文首先对本土高端酒店的概念进行了阐释,接着以重庆市为例,分析本土高端酒店发展的现状,然后运用SWOT分析法对本土高端酒店开展研究,最后为重庆本土高端酒店的发展提出对策,包括提高品牌竞争力、融入本土文化、集团化等。
