对茶叶精深加工企业的废弃茶叶渣进行主要营养成分、重金属含量测定并利用其进行3种草腐菌栽培配方试验。结果表明:茶叶渣自身含有非常丰富的营养物质,氮含量达4.77%、碳含量达50.2%,并富含磷、钙、钾等多种微量元素,极为符合食用菌栽培;并且5种常规重金属含量均在安全范围以内。配方试验证明茶叶渣完全适合作为草腐菌栽培的一种新型基质,以10%~30%量替代部分栽培主料,以40%量添加于栽培主料均能节约成本,增加效益。利用茶叶渣栽培草腐菌,具有很高的推广价值。
The main nutritional components and heavy metal contents of abandoned tea leaves from tea intensive processing enterprises were determined and three kinds of grass rot cultivated were tested. The results showed that tea leaf residue itself contains very rich nutrients with a nitrogen content of 4.77% and a carbon content of 50.2%. It is rich in trace elements such as phosphorus, calcium and potassium and is highly suitable for edible fungus cultivation. Five conventional heavy metals The content is within the safe range. The formula experiment proved that the tea leaf residue is completely suitable as a new substrate for the cultivation of grass rot fungi. The main ingredients can be replaced by 10% ~ 30% of the total amount, and the added cost can be saved by adding 40% of the tea leaves to the main ingredients.
