对13例空中晕厥的男性歼击机飞行员进行血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)、心钠素(ANP)测定,并与35例健康男性歼击机飞行员对照,结果显示空中晕厥组β-EP、AT-Ⅱ升高,ANP降低,与对照组比较P<0.05~0.005。提示空中晕厥患者肾素-血管紧张素系统功能亢进,机体应激性增高,心脏内分泌功能减低。观察晕厥发生后近期血浆β-EP、AT-Ⅱ、ANP水平对了解此类飞行人员心身活动水平和飞行结论有参考意义。
Plasma β-EP, AT-Ⅱ and ANP were measured in 13 male fighter pilots who had been suffering from an episode of syncope and were compared with 35 healthy male fighter pilots. The results showed that the air syncope group β-EP, AT-Ⅱ increased, ANP decreased, compared with the control group P <0.05 ~ 0.005. Prompted air syncope in patients with renin - angiotensin system hyperthyroidism, increased body stress, decreased cardiac endocrine function. Observation of syncope after plasma β-EP, AT-Ⅱ, ANP levels of understanding of these types of pilots mental and physical activity level and the conclusion of the reference.
