论文用NaHCO3多梯度等物质的量浓度处理PDA培养基,NaOH调节PDA培养基的pH值,菌丝生长速率法测算NaHCO3的抑菌率,分光光度计检测病菌蛋白质的水解程度,对杨树溃疡病的NaHCO3抑制作用进行了试验分析。试验结果表明,NaHCO3对杨树溃疡病菌的抑制作用:随着NaHCO3浓度的升高而增大,当NaHCO3浓度达12 g/mL以上时,抑菌率达96%以上;NaHCO3可通过调节菌落生长环境的pH值而间接影响其生长,也可作用于病菌体的蛋白质而直接抑制其生长,两者作用程度比约为2∶8;NaHCO3调节环境pH值的主要因子是电离离子HCO-3和水解离子OH-;水解病菌体蛋白质的主要因子是电离离子HCO-3和CO2-3。研究结果为持续发挥NaHCO3的治病环保效果和研制开发环保型农药提供理论依据。
