选取Na_2CO_3、Li_2CO_3和K_2CO_3按不同比例配制三元混合碳酸盐。通过差示扫描量热分析仪实验测试其热物性。结果表明:能够共熔的碳酸盐混合物的熔点在400℃左右,低于单一组分的熔点;部分样品初晶点高于熔点;熔点低、初晶点小于熔点的碳酸盐混合物熔化潜热大部分在100J/g以上,有些大于200J/g;优选出的9种低熔点、低初晶点和高熔化潜热的碳酸盐混合物的稳定性较好。旨在寻找熔点低、相变潜热大、性能稳定的混合熔盐,为其在太阳能热发电中的应用提供参考和依据。
Select Na_2CO_3, Li_2CO_3 and K_2CO_3 in different proportions to prepare ternary mixed carbonate. The thermophysical properties were tested experimentally by differential scanning calorimetry analyzer. The results show that the melting point of the eutectic carbonate mixture is about 400 ℃, which is lower than the melting point of the single component. The initial crystallinity of some samples is higher than the melting point. The latent heat of fusion of carbonate mixtures with low melting point and primary crystallization point less than the melting point Most of them are more than 100 J / g, some more than 200 J / g; the preferred carbonate mixtures of the 9 low melting point, low primary crystallization point and high melting latent heat are better. The purpose is to find out the mixed molten salt with low melting point, large latent heat of transformation and stable performance, and provide reference and basis for its application in solar thermal power generation.
