高沸醇提取木质素工艺流程简单、不引入新杂质,并且得到的木质素分散性好、纯度高、基团活性强,但是木质素产品仍含有6%~8%半纤维素。水热预处理可以去除原料中的半纤维素,同时一定程度破坏原料原有复杂结构,有利于木质素提取在更为温和的条件下进行。将水热预处理和高沸醇提取木质素两种绿色工艺相结合,从木质素提取的工艺参数(预处理强度、温度、时间、固液比和1,4-丁二醇浓度)设计正交试验,用以研究各参数对木质素提取率、木质素纯度的影响,从而得到更为适宜的木质素提取条件。结果表明,在水热预处理强度4.22、温度160℃、时间4 h、固液比1∶8(g/m L)、1,4-丁二醇浓度40%的条件下,将会获得品质最佳的木质素。
