双扑伪麻片是山对乙酰氢基酚，盐酸伪麻黄碱和扑尔敏组成的复方制剂、其处方系参照美国非处方药中同类产品拟定，即每片中含以上三组分分别为２５０ｍｇ，１５ｍｇ．和１ｍｇ．地方药品标准仅对其中含量较大的二组分进行含量测定；其中对乙酰氨基酚采用紫外Ｅ值法，盐酸伪麻黄碱采用乙醚、酸液、环己烷反复提取后测紫外吸收。本文采用高效液相色谱法，同时测定三种组分的含量，方法简便、准确，平均回收率均在９９％以上．
The double flutter pseudoephedrine is a compound preparation of mountain paracetamol, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine. The prescription of the compound is based on the similar products of the non-prescription drugs in the United States. That is, each tablet contains 250mg and 15mg of the above three components respectively. And 1 mg. The local drug standards only for the content of the two components were determined; acetaminophen which using UV E value, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride using ether, acid, cyclohexane after repeated extraction after UV absorption. In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography, simultaneous determination of three components, the method is simple and accurate, the average recovery was above 99%.
