中小学教育阶段是形成青少年知识、态度、技能的关键时期。各国无不把培养合格公民看作是中小学教育的首要目标,而评价又是实施公民教育必不可少的环节。21世纪澳大利亚为了解决缺乏系统的检查、评价而导致难以评估中小学公民教育绩效的问题,将公民教育评价作为公民教育关注的重点领域。澳大利亚小学和中学阶段的公民教育评价经历了一定的发展历程,制定了详细的评价内容,以及科学的评分标准,这些成功的经验对我国的中小学公民教育起到借鉴的作用。
Primary and secondary education is the formation of adolescents knowledge, attitudes, skills, a crucial period. All countries regard the training of qualified citizens as the primary goal of primary and secondary education, and evaluation is an indispensable part of implementing civic education. In the 21st century, in order to solve the problem of lack of systematic examination and evaluation, Australia has made it difficult to assess the performance of civic education in primary and secondary schools.
