晶状体上皮细胞发生转分化是后发性白内障等囊下白内障的主要病理改变,可引起晶状体囊膜皱缩、混浊,最终造成严重的视力下降乃至失明。多种因素在此过程中发挥调控作用,其中转移生长因子β、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子等生长因子的作用最为关键,细胞外基质等其它因素也与之密切相关。本文拟对近年来晶状体上皮细胞转分化机制研究做一综述。
Transdifferentiation of lens epithelial cells is the main pathological changes of cystic cataract and other suboccipital cataracts, which can cause lens capsule shrinkage, opacity, and ultimately cause severe vision loss and even blindness. A variety of factors in this process play a regulatory role, including the transfer of growth factor β, basic fibroblast growth factor and other growth factors play the most crucial role, extracellular matrix and other factors are closely related. This article intends to review the mechanism of lens epithelial cell transdifferentiation in recent years.
