目的探讨实施积分制管理在提高护士工作积极性中的作用。方法本院于2011年3月~2012年2月对全院228名护士(对照组)实施传统的以经济奖罚为主的一般护理管理方法,于2012年3月~2013年2月对全院228名护士(实验组)实施积分制管理。通过比较两种管理模式下护士工作积极性、护理工作质量、患者对护理工作的满意度,分析比较2组结果。结果实验组通过实施积分制管理,护士的工作积极性明显提高,自我效能评分增加,护理质量提高,患者对护理工作的满意度提高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施积分制管理,可充分调动护士的工作积极性,改善护理服务的质量,是一种科学、规范、人性化的管理方法,值得推广和深入探讨。
Objective To explore the role of the implementation of the integral system in nurses’ enthusiasm for work. Methods The hospital from March 2011 to February 2012 on the hospital 228 nurses (control group) to implement the traditional rewards and punishments based on the general nursing management methods, from March 2012 to February 2013 on the whole 228 nurses (experimental group) to implement the integral system management. By comparing the enthusiasm of nurses in two management modes, the quality of nursing work and patient satisfaction with nursing work, the results of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results In the experimental group, the nurses’ enthusiasm for work increased significantly, the self-efficacy score increased, the quality of nursing improved, and the patient’s satisfaction with nursing work improved. The difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the integral system management can fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of nurses and improve the quality of nursing services. It is a scientific, standardized and humane management method that deserves promotion and in-depth discussion.
