从1985年起,我们省军区系统各级人武部门坚持组织广大民兵、预备役人员开展以劳养武活动,即主要通过创办经济实体、承担工程项目等解决部分经费,用于民兵、预备役训练和各项自身建设,从而减轻了国家和群众对民兵工作经费的负担。截止目前,全省县、乡、村三级人武部门和民兵组织创办的以劳养武企业和项目普及率分别达到100％、37％和9％,全区90％以上的县(市、区)人武部用以劳养武收益维护和完善了民兵训练 Since 1985, the military and civilian departments at all levels of the provincial military region system have persistently organized the majority of militia and reserve personnel to carry out activities that rely on labor and armed assistance activities, namely, solving part of the funding mainly through the establishment of economic entities and undertaking construction projects, for militia, reserve training and So as to relieve the burden of the state and the masses in funding the militia’s work.
