为快速获取材料性能参数,解决生产过程中由于材料性能波动引起的质量问题,以冲压生产常用的冲裁工艺为切入点,给出一种直接从冲裁过程在线反求材料参数的方法。该方法以冲裁过程中在线实测的载荷-行程曲线为依据,结合有限元仿真结果,采用Downhill Simplex优化算法反求材料参数。为验证方法的可靠性,以3个不同厂家的同一牌号板料为研究对象,通过自主设计的测量系统在线测量冲裁过程中的载荷-行程曲线,反求的材料参数与拉伸性能实验结果的对比表明,该方法具有较高的精度。
In order to obtain the material performance parameters quickly and solve the quality problems caused by material property fluctuation in the production process, the punching process which is commonly used in stamping production is taken as an entry point, and a method to reverse the material parameters directly from the blanking process is given. Based on the online measured load-stroke curve in the blanking process, the method is based on the finite element simulation results and the Downhill Simplex optimization algorithm is used to reverse the material parameters. In order to verify the reliability of the method, taking the same brand of three different manufacturers as the research object, the load-stroke curve in the blanking process was measured on-line by the self-designed measuring system, and the experimental results of the material parameters and tensile properties The comparison shows that the method has higher accuracy.
