为了实现石化企业碳减排的目标,达到企业节能降耗的目的,提出了二氧化碳排污收费的估算方法,并提出包括二氧化碳排污收费的混合整数非线性规划蒸汽动力系统多周期运行优化模型。使用改进的粒子群算法对其优化求解。通过实例证明了模型的正确性,很快得到包括电能的输入、输出和蒸汽动力系统多周期的运行操作方案,当模型不同时,燃料的选择不同。把二氧化碳排污收费作为石化企业蒸汽动力系统运行总成本的一部分,虽然增加了企业的运行成本,但是对环境保护和完善我国的排污收费制度有着重要的意义。
In order to achieve the goal of reducing carbon emissions in petrochemical enterprises and achieving the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption of enterprises, a method of estimating carbon dioxide (CO2) emission charges is proposed and a multi-period operation optimization model of hybrid integer non-linear planning steam power system including carbon dioxide emission charges is proposed. Solve the problem with improved particle swarm algorithm. The correctness of the model is proved by an example, and the operation and operation scheme including the input and output of electric energy and the multi-period of the steam power system are quickly obtained. When the models are different, the fuel selection is different. Taking carbon dioxide emission charges as part of the total operating cost of steam power system in petrochemical enterprises increases the operation cost of enterprises, but it is of great significance for environmental protection and perfection of China’s sewage charging system.
