目的研究流苏虾脊兰叶中挥发性化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取流苏虾脊兰叶中挥发油。利用GC-MS测试其化学成分。结幂通过检索从挥发油中鉴定出19种物质,占总成分的94.40%,主要成分为:4-乙烯基-2-甲氧基苯酚(60.33%)、正十六酸(13.10%)、十八-9-炔酸(14.56%)。结论流苏虾脊兰叶中主要挥发性化学成分为4-乙烯基-2-甲氧基苯酚、正十六酸、十八-9-炔酸。
Objective To study the volatile chemical constituents of fringed shrimp Methods Volatile oil was extracted from the leaves of Fringed Prawn by steam distillation. The chemical composition was tested by GC-MS. The results showed that 19 kinds of substances were identified from the volatile oil, accounting for 94.40% of the total components. The main components were: 4-vinyl-2-methoxyphenol (60.33%), n-hexadecanoic acid Octa-9-ynoic acid (14.56%). Conclusion The main volatile chemical constituents in fringed Psidium sp. Leaves are 4-vinyl-2-methoxyphenol, n-hexadecanoic acid and octadec-9-yneic acid.
