由中国水利水电科学研究院主编,全国有关设计、高等院校参加协编的《水工建筑物抗震设计规范》(以下简称新规范)的修订已完成报批稿。《新规范》在充分肯定我国第一本《水工建筑物抗震设计规范》(SDJ10-78)(以下简称78规范)的编制原则、设防目标的基础上,根据我国水利水电工程建设的实践经验、水工抗震学科的发展以及近年来国内外历次强震中水工建筑物震害实例,而对设防计算水准,抗震分析方法、安全判据准则、建筑物类型和适用范围等方面都做了重大的修改。本文就《新规范》修订概况,主要内容和特点作一简单介绍。
