体育锻炼不但能提高个体的身体素质,还能提高心理健康水平。本文首先对体育锻炼和心理健康的概念进行了详细介绍和系统的梳理。并从体育锻炼对个体情绪、人格、人际关系、认知能力等方面的影响来阐述体育锻炼对心理健康的促进作用。接着,本文对体育锻炼促进心理健康这一效应从四个方面进行了理论解释。最后本文对怎么进行体育锻炼提出了几点建议,以期更好的促进心理健康水平的发展。
Physical exercise can not only improve the individual’s physical fitness, but also improve mental health. This article first introduces the concept of physical exercise and mental health in detail and systematically combs. And expounds the promotion effect of physical exercise on mental health from the influence of physical exercise on individual emotion, personality, interpersonal relationship and cognitive ability. Then, this article explains the effect of physical exercise on mental health from four aspects. Finally, this article put forward some suggestions on how to carry out physical exercises in order to better promote the development of mental health.
