目的了解五莲县城区9~14岁学生在掌握健康知识和健康行为形成上的差异,为更有效地开展学校健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法选择城区4所学校(2所中学,2所小学),每个学校抽4个班级,共820名学生,采用统一问卷调查表,进行现场答卷,20min后收卷。结果820名学生中,正确了解健康知识的占92.2%,存在模糊认识的占7.8%;对持续一生的健康保护行为的正确认识率为4%。不愿吃豆制品的占72.9%,不愿吃鸡蛋的占52.4%,不愿喝牛奶的占61.7%;掌握正确的刷牙方法的占88.9%;明确终生不吸烟的占85.3%,不确定的占14.7%。结论通过本次调查,发现我县中小学生基本能认知一定的健康知识,但并不意味着就形成了良好的健康行为。这说明学生健康教育应坚持经常化、系统化,注重干预措施和技巧,并需要学校、家长和学生的协调配合,才能产生满意的效果。
Objective To understand the differences between 9 and 14-year-old students in mastering health knowledge and health behaviors in urban areas of Wulian County and to provide reference for carrying out health education in schools more effectively. Methods Four schools (2 middle schools and 2 elementary schools) in urban area were selected. Each school took 4 classes with a total of 820 students. A unified questionnaire was used to answer the questionnaires on the spot and rewind in 20 minutes. Results Among the 820 students, 92.2% had correct knowledge of health and 7.8% had vague awareness. The correct understanding rate of 4% was for lifetime health protection. 72.9% did not want to eat soy products, 52.4% did not want to eat eggs, 61.7% did not want to drink milk, 88.9% had correct method of brushing, 85.3% did not know smoking for life, Accounting for 14.7%. Conclusion Through this survey, we found that primary and secondary school students in our county can basically understand certain health knowledge, but it does not mean that they form good health behaviors. This shows that students should adhere to the normalization of health education, systematic, pay attention to interventions and skills, and the need for schools, parents and students to coordinate and produce satisfactory results.
