采用问卷调查及实验研究等方法,身体自尊是整体自尊的一个具体领域,Fox提出,随着处于低水平的具体领域的自尊水平的变化,处于高水平的整体自尊也会随之改变。也就是说,采用某种干预手段提高身体自尊的水平就能促进整体自尊水平的提高。因此,身体自尊水平的提高能改善个体的心理健康。本研究探讨健美操对中职生的身体自尊的影响,探讨健美操是否能作为改变学生身体自尊和心理健康的有效途径,为健美操教学提供理论依据,也为中职生心理健康教育与心理干预提供依据。
Using self-esteem as a specific area of overall self-esteem using methods such as questionnaires and experimental studies, Fox argues that high levels of overall self-esteem will change as self-esteem changes in specific areas at low levels.
