A公司于2013年开始大力推行职工创新工作,在发展过程中,让所有职工都为企业的发展贡献出自己的力量成为越来越值得重视的问题之一。结合国务院国资委以及上级指导意见,A公司动员并建立起一批职工创新工作室,旨在发挥劳动模范、技术能手等先进人物的示范带头作用,以工作室为平台,引领广大职工参与职工技术创新,提升员工综合素质。如何建立基于工作室的职工技术创新体系,推动公司职工创新工作科学发展,助推公司高素质职工队伍建设,提升企业自主创新力和核心竞争力,是每个公司值得探讨和研究的课题。
