基于现有烧结生产存在的能耗高、能效水平低、能源管理粗放化等问题,通过理论计算结合烧结厂生产实际,建立一套烧结工序能耗计算分析模型,并且实现该模型的软件化。实例分析表明,该软件系统能够较为准确地计算出烧结厂各种能源的消耗,实现烧结工序能耗的精细化管理,进而帮助烧结厂更好地掌握烧结系统的整体用能情况、主要耗能问题以及节能潜力所在,对烧结工序能效评估工作具有较高的实用价值。
Based on the existing problems of high energy consumption, low energy efficiency level and extensive energy management, the sintering process is established based on the theoretical calculation and the actual production of sinter plant, and a set of calculation model for energy consumption calculation of the sintering process is established and the software of the model is realized. The case study shows that the software system can calculate the consumption of various energy sources in the sintering plant more accurately and achieve the refined management of the energy consumption in the sintering process so as to help the sintering plant better understand the overall energy consumption of the sintering system.
