采用自蔓延高温合成法(SHS)原位合成热喷涂用TiC/Ni金属陶瓷复合粉。利用扫描电镜观察原始粉体和反应产物的微观结构,采用X射线衍射仪对SHS燃烧产物组成进行物相分析。结果表明:SHS原位合成TiC/Ni的陶瓷与金属界面结合良好;Ti-C-Ni预制块反应产物的主要相成分为TiC和Ni;随着预制块相对密度的增加,反应产物的相对密度增加,颗粒之间的孔隙减少,TiC颗粒尺寸减小。
IN SITU SYNTHESIS OF TiC / Ni CERAMIC COMPOSITE POWDER FOR THERMAL SPRAYING BY SELF - PROPAGATING HIGH TEMPERATURE SYNTHESIS METHOD (SHS). The microstructure of raw powders and reaction products were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The phase composition of SHS combustion products was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer. The results showed that the interfacial bonding of TiC / Ni with TiC / Ni in SHS was good. The main phase components of Ti-C-Ni preform were TiC and Ni. With the increase of relative density of preform, the relative density of reaction products Increases, the pores between the particles decrease, and the TiC particle size decreases.
