介绍了以壁厚、直径、长度为(0.3×65×100)mm的圆筒为主体的腔体,两端为法兰,筒中间带有厚度为0.3mm的薄片分隔圆筒而成的隔片腔体。由原来的整体结构切削加工成形改变为拼装结构,采用切削加工与钎焊配合的加工方法,不仅降低了加工的技术难度,产品的加工量与原材料使用量均降为原来的1/3左右,而且也易于达到整体结构的要求指标。为类似结构件的加工提供了一条新的途径。
