According to promise of China’s entry into WTO, the oil market will be completely open before Dec 11th this year. Now the foreign companies are quicking up their steps for entering China’s re ning and sale elds. Against the constraint of imperfect re ned oil price within the country and the challenge of foreign companies’ competition, PetroChina’s re ning and marketing enterprises have to receive new challenges. In the interview, Lin Aiguo, the Chief Manager of PetroChina Refining and Marketing company, says, “The PetroChina should try to be perfect and excellent in re ning business, as well as try to enlarge and optimize the marketing.”
