大型企业培训中心是指对企业中高级管理人员进行工商管理、国际化运作及相关知识培训;对专业技术人员开展新知识、新技术培训;对操作技术人员按岗位需求实施岗位培训和相关技能培训的培训组织。培训具有的战略性、先导性、针对性和实效性。基于国家信息化发展方针、大型企业自身发展要求和目前企业培训工作新的需求变化等因素的影响,对培训中心校园网建设提出了新的要求。其校园网的设计具备以下几个基本特征:
