以人造金刚石为原料,通过解理面机械剥离粉碎分选制备工艺成功制备出了一种多层结构的碳纳米片。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光拉曼光谱(Raman)、固体核磁(MAS NMR)等对其进行了表征分析,发现制备出了一种物相构成为多层结构的碳纳米片,该碳纳米片是由金刚石解理面(111)晶面剥离粉碎而形成的,且含有不饱和碳sp~2杂化碳,形成了sp~3和sp~2混合杂化的结构,并且粒度不同sp~3碳与sp~2碳的比例也不同。
Using artificial diamond as raw material, a multi-layered structure of carbon nanosheets was successfully prepared through cleavage and sorting process of cleavage plane. The X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), laser Raman spectroscopy (Raman) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MAS NMR) The seed phase is composed of a multi-layered carbon nanosheet formed by exfoliation and grinding of a (111) crystal face of a diamond cleavage plane and containing sp ~ 3 and sp ~ 2 hybrid hybrid structure, and different particle size sp ~ 3 carbon and sp ~ 2 carbon ratio is also different.
