通过正交实验对由环氧树脂代合成具有阻燃性的氯代环氧树脂的反应进行了研究。探索了反应温度、环氧树脂与氯的摩尔比以及反应时间诸因素对产品收率及含氯量的影响。并在此基础上提出了合成四氯双酚A(TCA)型环氧树脂的最佳反应条件。作者还通过实验证实加入适宜量的Sb_2O_2可明显提高该种树脂的阻燃性,并实际测试与检验了TCA型环氧树脂Sb_2O_2体系配合物阻燃效果,粘合能力等一些应用方面的性质。
Orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the reaction of epoxies with epoxy resin with flame retardancy. The effects of reaction temperature, molar ratio of epoxy resin to chlorine and reaction time on the yield and chlorine content were explored. On this basis, the optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis of tetrachlorobisphenol A (TCA) epoxy resin were proposed. The experiment also confirmed that the addition of the appropriate amount of Sb 2 O 2 can significantly improve the flame retardancy of the resin, and actually tested and tested TCA-based epoxy resin Sb 2 O 2 system flame retardant effect, adhesion and some other properties.
