目的确定典型操控部件工效学评价指标的权重系数,为建立综合评价模型奠定基础。方法利用层次分析法将典型操控部件工效学评价指标体系中的重要指标进行分类,通过典型操控界面工效学专家对指标相对重要性进行调研,分析调整构造矩阵,通过一致性检验后,计算得到各指标的权重。结果通过对调整专家个数获取权重的变化趋势研究,验证了计算结果的可靠性。通过多指标因素的实际操作实验也证明了权重值的可信度。结论可以采用层次分析法和专家调查法对典型操控部件的指标权重开展研究,所得到的指标权重可为典型操控界面设计提供指导。
Objective To determine the weight coefficient of ergonomics evaluation index of typical control components and lay a foundation for the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model. Methods The AHP method was used to classify the important indexes in the ergonomics evaluation index system of typical control components. The ergonomics experts of typical control interface investigated the relative importance of the indexes, analyzed and adjusted the construction matrix, and after the consistency test, calculated each The weight of the indicator. The results verify the reliability of the results by adjusting the number of experts to obtain the trend of weight changes. The experiment of multi-index factor also proved the credibility of weight value. Conclusion Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert investigation can be used to study the index weights of typical control components. The weight of the index obtained can provide guidance for the design of a typical control interface.
