提出了一种基于叶序理论圆柱测量的布点新方法,基于MATLAB对加工圆柱面进行仿真建模,并应用叶序理论对其进行叶序布点,在仿真模型上提取到叶序布点直角坐标;基于最小二乘法构建了求解空间五自由度圆柱度参数的算法,利用MATLAB开发出基于直角坐标的圆柱度评价系统,利用提取到的检测点坐标对加工圆柱面误差进行评价。评价系统的分析结果证明了叶序布点在圆柱度评价中的有效性。
A new layout method based on the theory of leaf order cylinder was proposed. Based on MATLAB, the cylindrical surface was modeled and simulated. The leaf order was applied to the cylindrical surface. The Cartesian coordinates of the leaf sequences were extracted from the simulation model. Based on the least square method, an algorithm for solving the five-degree-of-freedom cylindricity parameter in space was built. The cylindricality evaluation system based on Cartesian coordinates was developed by using MATLAB, and the error of the machined cylindrical surface was evaluated by the extracted coordinates of the detected point. The analysis results of the evaluation system proved the effectiveness of the leaf order in the evaluation of the cylindricity.
