在GPRS技术受到空前欢迎的背景下,各种硬件GPRS模块层出不穷,但由于GPRS自身的速率瓶颈,限制了其应用。基于此,介绍了一种基于PC机的软GPRS设计方案,该方案通过UART和Ethernet来实现硬件GPRS的功能,支持3GPP TS 27.010 multiplexer协议,能承载基于TCP/IP协议的所有业务,具有成本低廉、稳定性高、对上层协议与应用透明等优点,可应用需要较高数据传输率的工业应用和无线系统开发调试过程中,并可以平滑过渡到基于AP+BP方案的3G应用中。
