人才是网络安全第一资源。2016年7月,中央网信办联合发改委等六部委联合颁布《关于加强网络安全学科建设和人才培养的意见》,旨在创新我国网络安全人才的培养机制,推动高校与企业合作育人,完善人才培养配套措施。该意见明确提出了网络安全人才的实战需求,要求“创新网络安全人才评价机制,以实际能力为衡量标准,不唯学历,不唯论文,不唯资历,突出专业性、创新性、实用性”。
Talent is the number one resource for cybersecurity. In July 2016, the six ministries and commissions such as the Central Development and Reform Commission and the Central Development and Information Commission jointly promulgated the Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Cyber Security and Talent Training, aiming to innovate the training mechanism for cyber security professionals in our country, and to promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in educating and perfecting Personnel training supporting measures. The Opinion clearly put forward the practical needs of network security professionals, requirements “innovation network security personnel evaluation mechanism to measure the actual capacity of the standard, not only academic qualifications, not only papers, not only seniority, outstanding professionalism, innovative and practical ”.
