目的了解上海地区儿童血清维生素水平及其缺乏情况。方法收集复旦大学附属儿科医院检验科1 875例健康儿童,使用LK3000V维生素检测仪对维生素A、B1、B2、B6、B9、B12、C、D和E共9种的血清水平。结果维生素C缺乏率59.20%,维生素A缺乏率36.48%,维生素B2缺乏率28.32%,维生素D缺乏率25.28%。其他维生素的缺乏率均小于10%。其中维生素B2的缺乏率在男女两组之间存在着显著的统计学差异(P<0.05),而维生素A的缺乏率则在婴幼儿组较高(P<0.05)。结论上海地区儿童维生素缺乏情况较常见,消除维生素缺乏,应倡导儿童均衡营养。
Objective To understand the serum vitamin level and its deficiency in children in Shanghai. Methods The serum levels of 975 vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B9, B12, C, D and E were collected from 1,875 healthy children in Fudan University affiliated pediatric hospital. Results Vitamin C deficiency rate of 59.20%, vitamin A deficiency rate of 36.48%, vitamin B2 deficiency rate of 28.32%, vitamin D deficiency rate of 25.28%. The lack of other vitamins are less than 10%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), while the lack of vitamin A was higher in infants and young children (P <0.05). Conclusion The situation of vitamin deficiency in children in Shanghai is more common. Elimination of vitamin deficiency should promote children’s balanced nutrition.
