摄取角度是调查报告的关键,怎样选择角度呢?笔者认为要做到“新”、“小”、“深”。一、角度要“新”,就是选择事情要典型,要及时准确。调查报告的生命力就在于新,及时掌握“气候”,见事早,发出快,而且又有一定的质量、那就会有生命力;对于“冷门”题材,独辟蹊径,也会以其独特角度取胜,这也是新。二、角度要“小”,有些同志写调查报告总喜欢写得全面一些,角度搞得大一些,以为这样的调查报告,宏观指导强一些。其实,角度选得太大,难以把握,容易写得杂乱,条理不清,易犯什么都谈、而又什么都谈不透的毛病,从而从根本上失去
