上饶地区石油公司办公楼前后,矗立着两座大型假山。楼前的娉婷绰约,犹如仙姿翩翩,笑盈盈地欢迎顾客的到来;楼后的奇峰参差,石壁峭空,山影倒映碧池,景色旖旎。这两座假山是上饶县卫生局离休干部周斐琳义务设计制作的。周斐琳业余养花几十年,积累了丰富的经验。他栽培的铁树高大挺拔,五针松古雅苍劲,君子兰楚楚动人,各色月季竞相怒放,各种茶花红装素裹。他制作的盆景千姿百态,造型优美,神形兼备。如《三千秀色情未断》(见下图),颇有青山悠悠、绿水迢迢的诗情画意,《玉簪峰下渔歌欢》(见去年本刊12期插页),使人闻到浓厚的乡土气息。他的成就,电台、报刊宣传报道后,美籍华人谢锡田博士慕名造访,连连称奇赞美,欣然命笔,为他题了“盆景奇观,铁树参天”八个大字。老周出名后,有人对他说:“你技艺这么好,可以挣大钱了。”老周却笑着摇摇头。 Before and after the Shangrao oil company office building, stands two large rockeries.
