对油罐三种特殊呼吸的气量供需情况进行了计算与分析,结果表明,因罐内气体温度急降引起的油罐定压呼吸所需气量与现用呼吸阀通气量之间的差值很大,由此产生的负压造成油罐塌陷。介绍了一种能适应油罐各种呼吸要求的新型两级式呼吸阀,当罐内压力快速变化时,该阀可快速全开,能很好地适应油罐的各种呼吸要求,可为油罐安全呼吸提供可靠保障。
The calculation and analysis of the gas supply and demand of the three special respiration tanks showed that the difference between the fixed pressure respiration of the oil tank and the current respiration valve ventilation caused by the rapid drop of gas temperature in the tank was very high The resulting negative pressure caused the tank to collapse.
