颅脑损伤后持续植物状态（PVS）是一种特殊的意识障碍,患者自身无意识,对外界无反应,无交流表达能力,睡眠-睁眼周期存在。尽管目前对PVS有多种治疗和康复手段,但缺乏特效性,很多患者存在多种功能障碍[1-2],死亡率高、致残严重,常易发生肺部感染、外伤性癫痫、压疮等多种并发症,护理患者的工作量大,难度高。本院1995起收治护理PVS患者,现将护理体会报告如下。
