目的检测实验性兔眼高压氧治疗(HBOT)后视网膜中丙二醛浓度,以反映可造成视网膜损伤的自由基含量。 方法 将24只青紫蓝兔分为实验组(HBOT)与对照组(NHBOT),按特定时间用硫代巴比妥荧光法检测视网膜内内二醛变化。 结果 NHBOT视网膜丙二醛含量为4.9 nmol/mg±0.401 nmol/mg,HBOT 90 min组含量为9.4 nmol/mg±0.665nmol/mg,与对照组比有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 高压氧治疗超过1h后,自由基对视网膜的损伤作用开始发生。
Objective To measure the concentration of malondialdehyde in the retina after experimental hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) in rabbits to reflect the content of free radicals that can cause retinal damage. Methods Twenty four blue-purple blue rabbits were divided into experimental group (HBOT) and control group (NHBOT), and intradialytic dialdehyde was detected by thiobarbituril fluorescence method at a specific time. Results The content of malondialdehyde in NHBOT was 4.9 nmol / mg ± 0.401 nmol / mg and that in HBOT 90 min was 9.4 nmol / mg ± 0.665 nmol / mg, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion After hyperbaric oxygen treatment for more than 1h, the damage of retinal damage to free radicals began to take place.
