结合当前国内外介电调谐材料的研究进展,提出考虑各性能指标协调问题,从材料的配比、制备的工艺、性能的测试等因素着手,来获得性能优良的移相器用介电调谐材料。对钛酸钡(BaTiO3)基材料可通过取代、复合及流延工艺等改性技术,综合提高其性能,满足实际相控阵雷达应用需求。
Combined with the current research progress of dielectric tuning materials both at home and abroad, this paper proposes to consider the coordination of various performance parameters, starting from the ratio of materials, preparation process, performance testing and other factors to obtain the dielectric tuning material for phase shifter with excellent performance. Barium titanate (BaTiO3) based materials can be modified by replacing, compounding and casting technology to comprehensively improve its performance and meet the actual needs of phased array radar applications.
