目的了解幼师、家长有关儿童心理行为问题的知识、态度及行为实践(KAP),为采取针对性干预提供依据。方法分层整群抽取佛山市8所幼儿院的88名幼师和432名家长,采用自行设计的KAP问卷对其进行调查。结果家长主要通过广播电视、报刊杂志、医务工作者来了解相关知识,幼师则主要来源于教育书籍、教育工作者;有关幼儿心理行为发育的认知情况不容乐观;在各种不良的态度与行为中,对于家长,态度不一致的发生率最高,其余依次为训斥或者责骂等;对于幼师,警告或威胁发生率最高。结论幼师、家长对童心理行为问题的KAP方面存在一些缺陷,有必要对其开展健康教育,以改善对儿童的教养。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior practice (KAP) of kindergarten teachers and their parents about the psychological and behavioral problems of children and provide the basis for targeted intervention. Methods A total of 88 kindergartens and 432 parents in 8 kindergartens in Foshan City were stratified and clustered to investigate them with KAP questionnaire designed by themselves. Results The parents mainly learned about knowledge through radio, television, newspapers and periodicals and medical workers, while kindergarten teachers mainly came from education books and educators. The cognitive situation about the development of children’s psychological behavior was not optimistic. In various bad attitudes and Behavior, for parents, the highest incidence of inconsistencies, followed by reprimands or scolding, etc .; for kindergarten teachers, the highest warning or threat rate. Conclusion There are some shortcomings in KAP of kindergarten teachers and parents in their psychological behavior. It is necessary to carry out health education to improve the education of children.
