采用三维软件CATIA建立某型转缸发动机实体模型,将CATIA模型导入多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn中,建立转缸发动机虚拟样机模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink中建立机械-控制系统联合仿真模型。通过仿真获得曲轴、活塞的位移、加速度以及活塞所受压力曲线。分析了活塞所受的压力曲线以及活塞、曲轴的加速度曲线及两者之间的关系,实现了转缸发动机的虚拟样机仿真,为其他机构概念设计与研发阶段进行机构性能预测提供思路。
A three-dimensional software CATIA was used to build a solid model of a cylinder engine. The CATIA model was imported into the multi-body dynamics simulation software RecurDyn to establish the cylinder virtual prototype model of the engine. And a joint simulation model of the mechanical-control system was established in MATLAB / Simulink. The crankshaft, piston displacement, acceleration and pressure curve of the piston are obtained through simulation. The pressure curve of the piston, the acceleration curve of the piston and crankshaft, and the relationship between the two are analyzed. The virtual prototype simulation of the cylinder engine is realized and the idea of mechanism performance prediction is provided for conceptual design and R & D of other mechanisms.
