电力企业的可持续发展离不开高素质的员工队伍。文章从阐述提高电力企业员工培训效果的现实意义出发,分别从适应电力生产技术发展的需要,电力企业实施人才强企战略,深化电力管理体制改革三个角度论述了提高员工培训效果的重要性;在此基础上,结合工作实践,提出了加强培训需求分析,制定培训计划,构建培训内容,丰富培训形式方法,创建优秀的教师队伍,提升培训效果,完善培训管理制度,加强培训效果评估的对策与建议。
The sustainable development of power enterprises can not be separated from high-quality workforce. Starting with the practical significance of improving staff training effect in electric power enterprises, the article discusses the importance of improving staff training effect from the perspectives of adapting to the needs of power production technology development, implementing the strategy of strengthening personnel by electric power enterprises and deepening the reform of electric power management system.
