企业文化是一种更高层次的企业管理机制,是一种更加抽象化的境界。企业文化的建设过程,就是企业发现自身问题、解决自身问题的过程。企业文化内求团结,增强企业凝聚力;外求发展,增强企业竞争力。通过企业文化建立起来的企业内部员工生存环境和企业外在生存空间,是一个企业最重要的无形财富。企业要真正步入市场,走出一条发展较快、效益较好、整体素质不断提高、经济协调发展的路子,就必须加强企业文化建设。
Corporate culture is a higher level of business management mechanism is a more abstract realm. The process of building a corporate culture is the process by which an enterprise finds its own problems and solves its own problems. Seeking unity within the corporate culture, enhance cohesion; seeking development, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
