所谓射线探伤中的防护,就是减少射线对工作人员和其他人员的影响,也就是采取适当的措施从各方面把剂量控制在国家所规定的最大允许剂量标准(0.1雷姆/周)以下,以避免超剂量的照射和减少射线对人体的影响。对工业探伤用X射线或γ射线外照射的防护原则一般有三种:1.屏蔽防护;2.距离防护;3.时间防护。结合我厂应用情况介绍如下: 屏蔽防护γ射线的防护计算方法很多,这里仅对X射线和高能X射线的屏蔽计算方法作扼要介绍。射线探伤中的屏蔽方法:如机头用遮光器、机头局部屏蔽、现场用活动铅房、照射室四周的墙壁……。而各种防护屏的厚度,都需要事先根据X射线发射装置的基本参量及使用情况(管电压、管电流、照射方向、位置、距离 The so-called protection in ray tracing is to reduce the impact of radiation on the staff and other personnel, that is, take appropriate measures to control the dose in all aspects of the country under the maximum allowable dose standard (0.1 m / week) below Avoid excessive doses of radiation and reduce the impact of radiation on the human body.
