In recent years, the social work profession has drawn more and more attention from the society, and the professional education of social work has also continued to grow and develop in major universities. However, social work, as a profession, is not favored by its own graduates. The employment rate of social work graduates is relatively good, but the professional counterpart employment rate is extremely low. The objective factors that affect social work graduates ’job selection include supporting job setting, salary and remuneration, professional awareness and training mechanism, while students’ professional qualifications and employment concepts are the subjective reasons for counterpart employment. To ease the plight of the loss of social work professionals, we must start from the government, colleges and universities, students themselves.
