在某铝厂选择氟暴露工龄5年以上男性工人35名,随机分成A,B两组,A组20人为服药组,B组为阳性对照组,另选非氟暴露工人18名为阴性对照组(C组),观察“抗氟灵”抗氟损伤效果。结果表明,氟暴露工人血清AKP活性明显上升,而微量元素Cu,Zn,Ca明显降低;服“抗氟灵”的工人,尿中BF_4~-含量明显增高,而血清微量元素Zn,Ca未见下降,血清AKP活性亦未见上升。提示:“抗氟灵”对氟有明显的拮抗效果。
In a certain aluminum plant, fluorine workers exposed to fluoride exposure for more than 5 years were randomly assigned to A and B groups. A group of 20 patients took the medication group, the B group of the positive control group and 18 non-fluoride exposed workers as the negative control group (Group C) to observe the anti-fluoride effect of anti-fluoride. The results showed that the serum AKP activity of fluoride exposure workers increased significantly, while the trace elements Cu, Zn and Ca were significantly reduced.
