目的通过不同浓度氟化钠对大鼠尿氟、血氟、牙氟、骨氟以及对下切牙体视显微镜的观察,分析氟离子代谢对氟斑牙形成的影响。方法将Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为5组,分别以0、25、50、100、150 mg/L氟离子饲水喂养6个月,测定尿、血、牙、骨氟离子浓度及对下切牙进行体视显微镜观察。结果 150 mg/L组从第8周开始,体重增长趋势逐渐减弱,与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各染氟组尿氟、骨氟和牙氟与空白组相比较,氟离子浓度值明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);染氟组血氟均有不同程度升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟斑牙出现的时间和轻重程度与染氟时间和剂量呈正相关关系,氟斑牙体视显微镜下病变程度更加明确;尿氟、骨氟及牙氟与氟斑牙的形成和进展呈正相关关系;血氟变化与氟斑牙形成关系不明确。
Objective To investigate the effect of fluoride ion metabolism on the formation of dental fluorosis by observing the urinary fluoride, blood fluoride, dental fluorosis, bone fluoride and lower incisors in different concentrations of sodium fluoride. Methods Wistar female rats were randomly divided into 5 groups and fed with fluoride ions of 0, 25, 50, 100 and 150 mg / L respectively for 6 months. Urinary, blood, dental and bone fluoride concentrations were measured. A stereomicroscope was performed. Results The weight gain tended to decrease in the 150 mg / L group from the 8th week, which was significantly different from that in the blank group (P <0.05). Urinary fluoride, bone fluoride and dental fluoridation (P <0.05). However, blood fluoride levels increased with different degrees in fluorosis group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The time and severity of dental fluorosis showed a positive correlation with the time and dose of fluorine exposure. The degree of lesion in dental fluoroscopy was more clear. The incidence of fluorosis, bone fluoride and dental fluorosis were positively correlated with the formation and progression of dental fluorosis Relationship; changes in blood fluoride and dental fluorosis formation is not clear.
