对100只限行白内障摘除术前，应用自制可控式眼球压迫器局部加压后进行分组观察，压迫后平均眼压下降至1．31～0kPa，眼压下降是因为玻璃体脱水，使眼球软化，为白内障摘除及人工晶体植入的成功提供了良好条件。
Before 100 cataract extraction operations were performed, the local controllable eyeball compression device was used to perform local observation after group compression. After the compression, the average intraocular pressure decreased to 1.31 to 0 kPa. The decrease in intraocular pressure was due to dehydration of the vitreous and softened the eyeball. Provides good conditions for the success of cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.
