目的:观察通络生骨胶囊对兔膝关节全层软骨缺损修复的作用。方法:建立兔膝关节髌股关节面全层关节软骨缺损模型,将其分为通络生骨胶囊低、中、高剂量(2,4,8 g·kg-1)治疗组,阳性药物(复方丹参片0.36 g·kg-1)对照组和模型组。造模成功后于第12周取材进行HE染色、甲苯胺蓝染色、苦味酸天狼猩红染色及扫描电镜检查。结果:模型组关节软骨缺损不能修复,复方丹参片组修复组织以纤维软骨为主,通络生骨胶囊各组修复组织为类透明软骨,以高剂量组修复质量最好,但与正常透明软骨仍有差距。结论:通络生骨胶囊能促进骨髓间充质干细胞对全层关节软骨缺损进行修复。
Objective: To observe the effect of Tongluoshengjuguan capsule on the repair of full-thickness cartilage defects in rabbit knee joint. Methods: The full thickness articular cartilage defect model of rabbit knee joint patellofemoral joint was established. The rats were divided into low, medium and high doses (2, 4 and 8 g · kg -1) of Tongluoshengjiao Capsule. The positive drug ( Compound Danshen tablets 0.36 g · kg-1) control group and model group. After successful modeling, HE staining, toluidine blue staining, picric acid Sirius red staining and scanning electron microscopy were performed on the 12th week. Results: The articular cartilage defect in the model group could not be repaired. The repair group of the compound Danshen Tablets group was mainly fibrocartilage. The repair group of the Tongluoshengjiao capsule group was hyaloid cartilage. The best repair group was the high dose group, There is still a gap. Conclusion: Tongluoshengjiao Capsule can promote bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to repair the full thickness of articular cartilage defects.
